hey guys... I found a couple of places that will ship to california. They just ask me to double check on the receiver name to see if its legal or not. So I am asking you now on the Wsar-10 and the Wsar-3 ak47. I went on the doj ban list and didn't see it. I was also skimming thru. Could someone gives me a heads up if its legal by OLL on those?

If it is I'ma get myself a already built ak47 with all the compliance parts with it for $400.

Please help me out.

When you're dealing with major issues like this it helps if you get the name right the first time - I am sure it's "WASR...", not "Wsar...".

Dyslexics could be accidental felons here if they're not careful! :)

Anything not listed in Calif Code of Regulation sections 5495 and 5499 (formerly 979.10, 979.11, but just renumbere) is legal - as long as configuration is OK and is not described in 12276.1 generic definition...

WASR-anything (as well as WSAR-anything) rifles are not listed so you are good to go.

For the record, the new renumbered AW lists are at:
http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/regs/chapter40.pdf

(No, Virginia, there are no new guns on the list - it's the same list as 979.10-.11...)

DCI sends them out here to various FFLs on file.

www.nodakspud.com

They've got underfolders, romy fixed stock, and even RPK recievers. Enjoy.
