Just want to know if anyone out there knows where I can buy less expensive replica of the Mk IV CQT? Don't have $800.00 to spend on a site!

If you want the real deal for cheaper, keep an eye on AR-15.com equipment exchange: http://www.ar15.com/forums/forum.html?b=7&f=23

If you want a cheap airsoft knockoff, if one even exists of that particular optic, ebay would be the place to find it.

EDIT: This one went for $550.00: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=23&t=375036

EDIT 1.5: This one went for $500.00: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=23&t=374897

EDIT 2: This one went for $450.00: http://www.ar15.com/forums/topic.html?b=7&f=23&t=373285

So, yeah. arf.com EE.

You can always just get an Aimpoint Comp M2 or M4 for half the price.

Or you can just stick with the standard iron sights.

You, sir, are a parasite. Please don't assist in violating the trade dress and intellectual property of Leupold by buying a cheap Chinese clone of it.

Leupold is a US company that makes a quality product, supports US troops and has great warranty support. All this costs money.

If you want a crap scope, get a Tasco or NcStart or low-end Bushnell cr*p, etc. Don't feed the Chinese cycle.

I personally think we need to start holding possessors of IP-violating products (patents, trade dress, copyrights, etc.) liable for damages as well as the vendors & mfgrs, esp when the violation is clearly known to a purchaser/possesor (whether it be $200 knockoffs of $3000 Rolex, etc. watches, $25 knockoffs of $400 Prada purses, or $95 ACOG knockoffs of $800 ACOGs - or the above Leupold example). If you buy something for "too good" of a price you know it can't be true... and should be held responsible for the damages.

You get what you pay for - literally.

I agree, if you can buy used. Otherwise, get something less expensive.

I'm ready to say Chicom is slave labor and stay away from it, but most countries have setup manufacturing shops over there for the labor rates.:(
