I'll reserve judgement until I see details. I have no problems with gun control if it's done properly. Psychological pre-requisites would be a good middle ground; let us have the firearms we want but make sure a person isn't bat**** crazy before they can acquire one.

Demonfart, what part of "shall not be infringed" don't you understand? I will accept NO law that makes it harder for me to buy a firearm or ammo. The "list" and the 10 day wait are already bad enough as it is.

There should be no prerequisite to the acquisition of firearms other than being a freeman. The assumption shouldn't be that there is something wrong with you and it must be disproven before you can keep and bear arms (to include acquiring arms). Kind of flies in the face of it being a right.
