So a great judge has the gumption to overturn the internet handgun ammo ban because it is vague. Will the next move the in the legislature to specifically name handgun calibers they don't like, say .380, .38 variants, .357 variants, 9mm, 10mm, .45 variants, etc?

I haven't read the actual opinion, but I was hoping for something more meaty and less easy to overcome by amending the law than vagueness.

yes, ab962 got whacked for vagueness. That doesn't mean it was an otherwise constitutional law. Plus we will have another year of case law.

Sorry. I did skim through the 24 page thread but didn't see this obvious point amongst all the euphoria.

No apology necessary. Just letting him know it was posted before and no one was concerned then about feeding the antis info.

Thats what Cali gets for having full time Legislatures, you know some states have people that work part time only when needed and don't get a free car, with the job.

And they can't even get the only job duty they were hired to do, pass the budget on time. I guarantee you, if any of us performed our jobs to their standards, every one of us would be fired.
