I just recieved my RRA lower parts kit and match trigger. Do I need prep these parts in any way before I start my lower build? Thanks...

You shouldn't need to do anything to the parts, a light coat of CLP doesn't hurt though. When assembled make sure to lube the trigger though.

I generally like to soak my lower receiver as well as all the LPK parts in CLP overnight first... make the finish look so much better....

I put a bunch of em together and all I ever did was coat everything lightly with CLP, and everything went together nice and smooth.:)

Do not lube the sear engagement surfaces, no matter what anyone tells you. They need to mate properly for the best action, and oiling them will make this take much much longer...

I did not lube anything, and mine has not failed to fire or messed up in over 800 rounds. (I do lube when I clean after every shoot tho, so the 800 rnd thing is kinda moot.) Tho I dont see how pre CLP could hurt. :)
