What is the difference between the M1 High-wood and Low-wood stock? I want to buy a stock but dont know what the difference is, and I dont want an M2 stock..not at all. and lol does anyone have a rear sight removal tool in or around Modesto that I can borrow?

High wood on the top, low wood on the bottom.

I enjoy the look of the Highwood, is there a sight on here that has some nice M1 Stocks, and hand guards? I've been to fulton and they said they only have most M2 stocks.

Yes, also have the "I" cut sling well just like the very early M1 stocks.

REALLY!!!! I think I've found the next stock set im getting :D Is the delivery time with their stocks the same as their delivery for their firearms, or is it easy and quick?

The CMP is a bit backed up right now with the surge of bayonet orders from the end of Nov, so I am going on six weeks now.

Also the CMP stocks are new production with metal and not WWII originals

Id love the high-wood stock and the cmp stocks look really nice although not original it looks amazing
