It didn't take Barbara long to get back onto the Brady Cart. (This is the link you get when you press "more" on that poll. Do you think that they are trying to get a specific answer?)

That site has 1,000-2,000 visitors a day, the majority of which probably did not vote on the poll. This thread has almost 1,000 views, the majority of which probably did vote on the poll in our favor. The numbers went from 2:1 in our favor to 12.8:1 in our favor since the thread started. Still, pretty cool.

Dont forget to Comment on the Article, maybe logic can prevail over emotional retoric

my comments are as follows, forgot to put in a plug for Calguns LOL
Yes gun control really works, just look at the extremely high murder rates in Chicago, Detroit, New York, Los Angles ETC It was working great in Washington DC as well. Nothing like a knee jerk reaction by her and a publicity stunt by her based on an unfortunate tragedy. Leave it to Barbara Boxer, she has or can afford security guards to protect her, but who is going to protect my family? The Police, are you serious? Considering the response time is on average in Yucca Valley is 8-9 minutes we would already be dead and another pawn in her arguments for more gun control. Doesnt she understand that Gun control only affects us law abiding citizens, and there is no way to prevent all the wack-jobs in the world from taking a life if they want. Look at the 9-11 hijackers, they didnt use guns and look at the tragedy that happened. So dont lump me in with the people who do illegal things, because I am a law abiding citizen, and also a Gun owner. Because If I use her same logic I can lump all Anti-gun Democrats that advocate gun control/confiscation with histories famous dictators such as Kim-Jong-Ill, Saddam Hussian, Joseph Stalin, and Adolf hitler. They were all firm advocates for gun control and look how that turned out. Coincedence... only history will decide.

Hey folks. While you're at it, go post and vote on this facebook poll (if you do the facebook thing). Someone can feel free to make a separate thread out of this one. I just don't want to clutter the 2A forum with poll links ;)
