Hi all. I've received several interested inquiries, but I am confused on the level of commitment from some of them. I want to make sure this is offered fairly to the first comer, so I'm going to clarify this and reopen it again as follows:

The price is $45 firm as I have several people who have agreed to pay that price.
I prefer if you can meet me in the Oakland area for the exchange in cash, so if anyone can do this, you will get preference. (strike this)
If no one can pickup, then I will mail it to you via Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for an additional $5. Payment will be via PayPal.
Please respond with an email to sells59 at gmail or with a PM that includes your email and preferably phone if you are interested. We will settle via email/phone as that is much easier for me.
First person to firmly agree to the above gets it. For those who already responded previously, I will preserve your place in queue, but you must re-respond within 24 hours to confirm these terms.

As I said above, I'm trying to do this fairly and make sure the first responder gets the item. So, please everyone calm down. (I've gotten some semi-upset PM's.)

Since I'm a newbie seller, and I want to make sure everything is handled fairly and according to the rules, here's a question to the community...

In my initial posting, I unfortunately was not clear about shipping costs and so I added that new info today to clarify that and ask anyone who was still interested to confirm.

RideShoot&Drink is clearly the first to have responded on the thread that he will take it, at 4:09PM yesterday. And he has confirmed to me today he will pay the required $50 with shipping.

However, yesterday before RideShoot&Drink, I received PM's from 1811 at 9:17 AM and 1911ZENSHOOTER at 10:43 AM expressing they wanted it but also asking questions about barter options or other terms.

I don't see anything in the rules that state you must post to the thread that you will take it. So, my thought was that if 1811 or 1911ZENSHOOTER confirm within a reasonably short time that they are willing to pay the $50 including shipping, then they should be given 1st and 2nd opportunity, respectively, with RideShoot&Drink being 3rd.

I don't want anyone to be treated unfairly. So, is there a clear rule here that would clarify who is "first"?

Thanks. And please don't flame me. I'm trying to be fair and won't take anyone's money or anything until it's clear who should receive the item.
