Does anyone have an M1 carbine rear sight removal tool in the San Jose are? I need to replace a sight. Thanks.

The Carbine rear sight can usually be drifted out if not to heavily staked.
Looking from the rear as you would normally fire the rifle drift from the left to the right.
The front sight is snother story, sometimes they will all but fall off, other times they can be tapped of, other times nothing put the proper tool will remove them
On a side note here is a pic of original USGI sight removal tools that I had at one time. If you ever run across the rear sight tool they are worth $400.00 plus depending on how badly someone wants them
