It looks like the last movement was substituting Richards for Sykes. Is that correct? Any thoughts on when we expect something might happen? And what is it likely to be?

Ha! I love how it says "TERMINATED" below all the parties that are no longer part of the case. I wonder if it was with extreme prejudice...
