Would .410 "handgun" loads designed for the Taurus Judge be subject to the provisions of AB962?

While it was designed primarily for use in a handgun it is only legal to use in a long gun in california.

Are there special .410 loads for the Judge? Taurus (http://www.taurususa.com/product-details.cfm?id=663&category=Revolver&toggle=tr&breadcrumbseries=41) just says "Capable of chambering both .410 2-1/2" shotshell and .45 Colt Ammunition".

Just another "we don't know yet" thing, I suppose.

The Judge has a standard .410 chamber but there are personal defense loads specifically made for use in the judge. I've seen them advertised and they were mentioned in this thread (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=378737) which brought the question up. I think they have 3 large shot and a bunch of smaller shot to fill the cartridge.

I don't know if it's special for the Judge, but Federal has .410 Handgun ammo. During the last ammo scare, it was the only thing on the shelf at the Walmarts that I went to. Funny that I couldnt buy a Judge in California, but shells were no problem.
