OK, so check this out... Apparently, a prototype Sterling .308 was made but never put into production. I am currently on a tube gun kick and I want to know how the frigging hell a Sterling was made to work with .308 without a gas system or other complex parts.

If anyone is a tech junkie, I would appreciate any comments.

No, this is a prototype from back in the day. The Sterling is a good subgun, Wiselite Arms made them kinda weird.
