Anyone have one here or know where I can buy a beater cheap? I know the Outdoorsman in Gover Beach, CA has one in in .32 caliber which is a 1903 but not .380 like I want. No I don't want the vest pocket model I can pick one up locally at a pawn shop for 500 bucks.

Denver Duck had a nice one for sale recently. Not sure if it sold but you could check. If I didn't already have a M1908 I would have picked his up.

Sense these are C&R's you should try posting in the C&R section. I think more people over there would have an idea on where to find one. :)

That beats the heck out of a .380! 3k? For real? gosh I could have one slick 1911 for that price too and many other things including a SCAR 17... I have a guy willing to sell me a nice condition .380 ACP 1908 Colt Pocket Pistol for 800 FRN... hmmm pricey but those are rare... I doubt my Tax return would cover that... I wanna use it as a carry gun but a .45 ACP would be way way way better and unique! I love my Tokarev so I want one of these American classic pocket pistols. It didn't help seeing who framed roger rabbit the other night and these were in it. Road to perdition is another good movie that has these pistols. Gosh.... I had no idea there was a .45ACP version I have been looking for a .45 and this might be what I'd get lol...

That thing is completely made by Cylinder & Slide, one of the premiere pistol houses in the country. A full blown custom .45 for $3k is a friggin' deal.

Great looking pistol, congrats! I'd like to pick one of those up someday myself.

Backin the early 80's when I worked at a gun store we had one come through for some smithing that belonged to a retired General and was his service arm; was a neat piece of history. Apparently they were issued as General Officer's pistols during WWII up to the 70's.

Yeah dude those go for like 3k or more now days... You can get the 1903 .32ACPs for like 300 bucks that were made for civies I may get one of those too but I have the rare lovely .380 ACP bought it from a private party out here in Missouri he lived in a city near my parents. I love this pistol I got good deal on it for 655!
