Howdy All,

I was just curious if they make an AR magazine that hold 9mm rounds.

I eventually want to build a pistol, but I don't like the way the stick mag looks hanging out of the mag well. I think it's look awesome to have it look like a standard .223/5.56 AR mag.

I've searched an haven't been able to find anything.

Thanks!

Sorry guy - no such thing as an M16 30 9mm mag.

If you want a 9mm AR variant, you're pretty much stuck with a modified STEN or UZI mag.

One option (if you have the time and money) would to be re-engineering a PPSH stick mag (curved) in 7.62 X 25 to run the 9 x 19...get ready for major problems and long buck engineering costs.

I figured that'd be the case.

Thanks.

Yea I ran into the same thing when I was deciding what AR to build next.

I went with a dedicated .22 build.

Fortunately for you, me, and the others who think the usual solution for 9mm mags sucks, what we want does exist...Kinda. LOL, It's still fairly ugly, IMHO.

LOL

I hear ya but beggars can't be choosers. ;)

It's ugly but it's a little less ugly than the other option.

The price tag is the ugliest thing about them.
