However I am not sure what requirements I need to meet. I'm a c&r holder and a member of my local range if that helps any.

You might want to check if your range is affiliated with the cmp.

C&R license does qualify for the marksmanship requirement.

Your range probably won't help you, easiest thing to do is sign up for the Garand Collectors Association for the other requirement.

join CRPA (http://www.crpa.org/). you'll be supporting a good outfit and they are on approved list for CMP purchase.

perhaps you should refer back to the thread in which you originally posted to find the answer ("again"), rather than asking a second time in a new or different thread, which is just lazy and inconsiderate.

if your preferences are set to subscribe to threads in which you post (which is the default), all you need to do is view your subscribed threads to find the one where you asked previously.
