This is a photo of my first gun. I found it laying around in our shop back in the late 70's. (My father was a gunsmith and owned a couple shops over the years with his partner). I took many a rabbit, squirrel, rat, cat, pigeon, crow and gopher with this simple little .22 but I never knew what to call it. There is no manufacturer or model # on it. It has a sweet trigger and is surpisingly accurate. I used to snag a few .22 shells outta a box at a time thinking he wouldnt notice before we took off on an adventure, I think it made me a pretty good shot. Anyway, can anyone ID this old rifle? It's a single shot break barrel action, the front trigger cocks the plunger, the back trigger fires it.

It's a Bronco 22/410, I believe Garcia was the importer. A search for "Garcia Bronco 22" should give you info.

The pic shows the complete rifle, that is how they were manufactured.

That's pretty neat looking, imo. Kinda road warrior-ish.

That's a neat little rifle. Is it pretty light since it doesn't have much of a stock?
These survival-oriented guns always attract me - and this is a cool little gun.
