I can't believe that the seller, who lives in California, won't sell to California. A gun, that is C&R eligable.

That is why I stopped browsing GunBroker unless I'm trying to get a rough guess on an items worth.

Well I actually emailed and asked. Since I don't have permission to post his response I'll paraphrase .......... Lots of other seller don't sell to CA :ack2:

I sent him a message and his basic response was that the laws were a mine field and he didn't want to get into trouble.

What I find odd is why the hate for California? Isnt Mass. and New York an anti-gun state as well?

I posted a list of no CA vendors at the Jouster site.

They closed the thread and threatened to ban me.

I don't use GB for much anymore.

I still use GB a lot, but I always check the item description before I even bother to watch, much less bid. If they have a "NO sales to Kalifornia", I don't even bother looking at the pics. Let 'em hope they can find an intrested buyer elsewhere.

I'll spend my money with someone else, who takes the time to actually check out the laws, and doesn't surrender to the misinformation that abounds online.
