Wanted to know if any interest in a precision sight adjuster for the “Trapdoor Springfield Buffington sights”?

I have some accurate/repeatable 1” travel Chinese made micrometer barrels and am going to machine up some blocks to telescope over sight blade/elevator. 1” Travel should get you out to 700 yards, I also can make .375” spacer blocks if shooting out to longer ranges.

.010” movement equals 1MOA on standard length Trapdoor rifle, do not know about Cadet rifle barrel length.

Price range should be $80-95.

Comments?

Hmmm........The late Mr O'Hare would be proud, were he able to see his famous tradition continued.....but.....

Just as a simple matter of 'patriotism' if nothing else, would you care to re-think your use of Chicom components, and offer genuine 'made in USA' tooling in your equipment instead of 'brand X'.

(yes, I saw the 'Starrett' marking......and I don't know just what combination of circumstances might have motivated Doug Starrett to have some Starrett marked tooling made in 'brand X world'.........but American machinists will remember him unfavourably for that)

cheers
