New or old style? Either one will do both.

There are four pins on the front of the jig. To use it to bend AK 74 flats (mag well is different from AK47) push the two front pins on either side down flush.

I'll check it out in the morning, I'm going out to the garage right now. :43:
My flat's from AK Builder and I bought it from him around a year ago.

It's important to know which one. Their jig specific.

You will know if the flat has pre-bent and "stepped" top rails. Those are the new style, and can only be used with the new jig pictured above.

There's a pretty fair deal on kits for them right now at Apex AK74 kit 240.00 (https://www.apexgunparts.com/product_info.php/products_id/1209) with a new U.S. barrel.

to OP, i know its a ways away but if your ever in my area and have the new style flats you can stop by and bend it real quick no prob. but i would be pretty surprised if there isnt anyone closer without one.
