This is what sleeps next to me every night. The sling is hanging on the bedpost ready to be attached if I need to leave the house for some reason. It weighs in at 9lbs. 12oz. with a full magazine tube and side saddle.

Not tacticool at all. It actually looks good ;) Have you shot it with the flashlight mounted? Did it stay?

if that question is for me...

Yeah the TLR-1 works great, it has a tension screw as opposed to Surefire lights, Also it doesn't get dirty like when using a handgun mounted light, i've fired over 1000 shells through it and never had a problem.

Yeah, no trouble at all with the flashlight, actually. I've been really impressed with it.
