View Full Version : out of state off list/hi cap handgun question
10-23-2010, 2:44 PM
Can any ffl do an out of state transfer for a off list handgun with high capacity magazines? Or is a special permit required? I qualify under LEO exemption. If so does anyone know of any ffl's in the inland empire area able to conduct the transaction?
Gun I am looking at is sig sauer 226 elite dark .40 cal. I usually go to pro force but they said a couple months until they can get it. Would rather buy local than online so if any ffl's have one let me know. Thanks!

Any FFL with a high capacity magazine permit can. That would only be needed because of the magazines.

check with yzernie here on CalGuns. He is in the high desert and often has LE only guns available. I believe he is a Sig dealer. Bright Spot Pawn in Riverside can handle internet transfers and your hicap issues.
