If there ever was any reason to vote for Barbara Boxer, it's gone now.

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/california-politics/2010/10/boxer-and-fiorina-spar-over-rights-of-those-on-the-no-fly-list.html

The election, Boxer said, "is a choice between someone who is working to keep our airlines safe and working to keep guns out the hands of terrorists, versus someone who believes that those on the suspected terrorist no-fly list should be able to buy a gun –- any gun."

Nice. She supports a secret, unappealable list to deny Americans rights.

When, do you think, was the last time she read the Constitution?

Boxer is worse than a Fascist, so calling her a Fascist is insulting fascists.

She wraps herself around the flag, says how she is fighting for our rights.

She touts that a woman has the absolute right to control her own body, never met a baby she didn't want to abort, supports third trimester, partial birth or whatever will come up next to execute unborn children.

This same pro choice person then goes on to attack prop 19. Seems to me she is selective rather than pro choice when it comes to real personal choices.

Boxer is an AINO(American in Name Only) NASI(Nanny Authoritarian Statist Idiot).

Once again, she is a AINO NASI just like the rest of the VDers(Victim Disaramament)

There's an awful lot of people like Boxer. What she's really saying is - "if it's a right or activity I personally don't partake in, then F--- it, no one else should either.

It's narrow minded thinking to be unaware that if you want to be selective on which freedom's you support - a pick and choose policy - that that is opening the door for all freedoms to go up against the chopping block.

People are selfish when it comes to freedom. If you can't stand up for your neighbors freedom's -- you're next!

She can't understand normal thinking. Boxer a feminist from the late 60's, also giving us the likes of DiFi and polose, have been a pain in the neck to a lot Democrats, my 87 year old mother wants her gone, and she's a life long Democrat, as I was up until last may. What has become known as Democrats, are not, no true Democrat I know, have never supported any of the three names above, no true Democrat would pick trees over jobs, safety over rights, who's safety I ask, as for what they did for women. I still remember a time when a man would give up his seat on a bus to a woman, or open a door, the niceties, and I have known woman who miss it.

It's amazing how someone is so willing to give up very important basic rights such as the right to due process.

What if someone is added to the list by a deranged person in a position of authority? How about if one is added when circumstantial evidence suggests that one is a terrorist? (For example you are born in Pakistan and used the word "bomb", as in "it's the bomb" ONE time in an email that was scanned by the "authorities"...)

Even worse is the mistaken identities. I know a surgeon who has a 4 year old son with the same name as someone on the list. Easy to prove mistaken identity? Hardly. EVERY time they fly, at EVERY checkin/gate, etc. they have to speak to a "supervisor" and spend an hour to straighten things out.

I wonder how difficult it will be for his son to fly by himself when he's 18? I wonder how difficult it will be to prove that he is legally allowed to purchase a firearm if those like Boxer manage to get the "terrorist watch list" equated to the "Guilty until we decide to remove you from the list LIST"?

Boxer was up by 3% last week, now she's only up by 2%. It will be seriously disappointing if she wins. "The gun show loophole" is an old one, now they are calling the stripping of rights without trial "the Terror Gap". Hennigan's smear piece doesn't mention the huge issues with the terrorist watch list, such as how easy it is to get on it and how hard it is to get off. All at the whim of government bureaucrats.

I still do these things for women, and I'm not that old. I sometimes get confusing looks from them when I do that, too, because they're not used to it. But they do thank me for it regardless.

I can't help but think that we have seriously lost our way as a society, and this is coming from an atheist/agnostic who believes in equal rights for all people regardless of gender or race.

I have been cussed out by women when I was trying to be chivalrous. Apparently, some folks have become so progressive that to be polite in any way constitutes an attack on their ability to function as a complete person. Feminism has gone so far that it's actually regressive. My GF and mom agree LOL.

If one person wants to believe in the constitution exactly as it's written, that's their right (an opinion that I agree with). If a person wants to believe the constitution is a living, breathing document subject to interpretation, unfortunately, that's ALSO their right. These folks that pretend the constitution doesn't exist AT ALL, however, need to be tried for treason.

Boxer is a 24-carat maroon. A few years ago, she was called on the carpet for irregularities in her accounting of her congressional checking account. Her response was that it was no big deal. She made some statement to the effect that, "well, I'm sure that Hitler had a very organized check register."

Story of Boxer not doing her job!

Those who know me, know that I do not just do firearms and have a history.

February before last I investigated against the state Medi-Cal system due to illegal use of rules that were sued for being illegal that force unemployed individuals to cash out their 401K and IRAs to get Medi-Cal causing a permanent detriment for what we all hope is a temporary problem. I uncovered a conflict and illegally implemented rules which I turned into the Governor who placed it with Barbara Boxer. This is quite complex and difficult to explain but there are some serious catch22 issues even if you do all right it is likely a man could never get state Medi-Cal due to a conflict with state an federal with a IRS 72T rule.

I had to sign to allow for this investigation and was in contact for weeks and then all went silent. I was notified by Boxer's office months later that she was passing the investigation off to a county supervisor Susan Bonilla (who is running for assembly). It took me months lately to get this file dug up due to the wrong redirection to a county level for a state issue (non-jurisdiction). Now the file just was forwarded to Mark DeSaulnier but I plan to get it off his desk to a more competent Senator who understands healthcare and state level issues like this.

My point at the end is her negligence has lead to a continual denial of Medi-Cal to those who pay into it. The problem has yet to be resolved. I understand she was put on assignment by Obama but her misdirection has lead to almost a year of denials like this to continue. For these reasons I would never endorse her.

When, do you think, was the last time she read the Constitution?
She's a Progressive. The core belief of the Progressive movement is that people aren't all that smart and need an educated elite to make all of their decisions for them. That the people simply aren't bright enough to be trusted with any decisions much less guns.
