Last session, the supreme court decided to not release same-day audio of the oral arguments of McDonald v. Chicago, and held it til the end of the term.

Now that the term is over, Oyez.org is hosting the audio files of the arguments.

You have to read it to be able to rule exactly the opposite of its intent repeatedly.

Thanks for posting this - the audio is quite revealing in a way that the written transcript can't convey. Breyer's whole "Madison Chart O' Fundamental Rights" still cracks me up.
