One DROS per handgun. $25 of each DROS goes to the state. I really dounbt that any FFL is going to give you a "deal" on 2 PPTs. So, yep, $35/handgun.

If you were buying 2 handguns from 1 seller, you would get a discoun on the second handgun, $35 for the first, $31 for the second,

What fees can I charge for handling a Private Party Transfer (PPT)?
If the transaction is a PPT, you are restricted to charging no more than $25.00 in State fees described and $10.00 per firearm for conducting the PPT. For example:

a.For a PPT involving one or more handguns, the total allowable fees are $35.00 for the first handgun, and $31.00 for each subsequent handgun.

but, since you are doing two separate deals, it would not be A PPT involving one or more handguns, but would probable be considered "two PPTs, each involving 1 handgun", so $35x2.
