14.5 mm correct? Hum..... Russkie anti-tank rifle..... I'll sell it to you for $30.

It be pretty hard to find one. To my knowledge there is only 3 people that have one. The FBI's collection and 2 private. Also it's slightly bigger then a .55 British anti-tank caliber so even if you could find one, it would classify as a DD and we know how CA looks upon them.

These guys have one for $1,850.00 Canadian, too bad you can't get it back a crossed the border. http://www.collectorssource.com/category.asp?catid=11
While the PTRD is not over the .60 caliber Kali limit it is still a DD and would require a federal form and the CLEO sign off. Ohio Ordnance Works had the ammo for $30-35 bucks a round.

If you want a mondo caliber to throw in the face of Koretz you could get a 14.5 JDJ with no hassles at all. http://www.sskindustries.com/14_5.htm

The federal cut-off is anything above .50 caliber is a DD with exceptions for certain sporting calibers. The 14.5 JDJ cailber was granted an exemption by the ATF as a sporting cartridge. The PTRD may be considered a C&R rifle which would exempt it from the import ban on non sporting rifles but NFA rules still apply. Although the forms may not even be a possibility in the city or county that you live in, here is the info- http://www.titleii.com/
