Aren't the RAA Saiga's good to go, no features, not listed. Why would a wholesales not ship to CA?

7.62x39 & .223, not a shotgun.

Never mind, I did enough looking and the wholesaler is just being a chicken little. Still won't sell to me, whatever.

Somebody want to point me to a RAA wholesaler that will?

I'm trying to convince them they are not breaking the law. What a pain.

(I asked for this, I asked for this, I asked for this, I asked for this, I asked for this, I asked for this, I asked for this)

Some do ship it here, some don't.

If they don't it's usually because they only stock the firearm with magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. Same reason some of them won't ship an M1 carbine into california. I think it is stupid to lose a sale when they can so easily swap it out for a legal cap mag. However, they don't ask my opinion.

ETA: correction of error on my part.

The ones I ordered even came with 10 rounders

First instinct is to just cut them off, order elsewhere. I just need to stew on it a while I guess.

I really didn't think it would be an issue, I guess because I understand the CA laws. Now I've got to find it elsewhere or return the deposit. Bummer.

Yeah, some companies are just that way. I guess that the Cal DOJ put a scare into some of them to the point they won't sale perfectly legal stuff. It kills me because I get dealer flyers everyday and 80% of the items have the no sales to California logo right next to it. Often on perfectly legal firearms. Makes me want to pull my hair out.

I'm not sure who Doug ordered mine through or I'd point you that way. Hit up your fellow FFL's and ask who they are sourcing from.

http://www.peachstateguns.com/ will ship to CA, you have to go to the special California section, the Saiga12 comes with the BB installed already, you can also get the AGP 10rd for free shipping is a great deal, I would call the order in instead of online since they need the name of the gun store where to ship.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm looking more for wholesale info, not retail.

Lew Horton, RSR.

I was going to say RSR as I know that for a 100% fact. Maybe even Acusport if you have one of their accounts.

Same reason some of them won't ship an M1A into california. I think it is stupid to lose a sale when they can so easily swap it out for a legal cap mag. However, they don't ask my opinion.

Actually, M1A's need a compensator in lieu of a flash hider as well as >10 mags to be CA approved.

My apologies, I meant to type M1 carbine, not the M1a. I've corrected it.:o
