Welcome to the forum!
Have you fired it yet? If not, bring different kinds of ammo to see which one it likes eating. One brand may work for others who have the same rifle but may not work for you.

Thanks! Yes I fired it last week end. First day we went to the range the only ammo they have for sale is Remington, had alot of jams using that ammo, so I decided to go back the next day with CCI stingers and Winchester. I shot 150 rounds and not a one jam. I really enjoy this rifle. funny thing is there where other 2 guys firing the same umarex m4, I just have the better set up! :cool2:

It's suggested that you use high velocity 22's. Go to Walmart and you'll find a bunch. Also, when using HV rounds make sure to adjust the gun accordingly.

I had some issues with my own M4 and had to send it in. It doesn't like being dirty very much. Also, I would stay away from winchester and almost every one of their rounds FTE'd of FTF'd on me.

This vid shows you how to adjust for HV.

I have the longer version of the colt umarex and it likes red box federal and cci blazer.

This is going to be fun to shoot, especially when the ammo is super cheap.

It's fun to shoot! I only fed it with high velocity ammo, and no problems so far.

Glad to hear buddy! I miss mine. Used to have the m16 version and swapped it for a Remington 870. Never had problems as long as i used HV rnds.

Weight wise, this comes close to the real M4s. Also due to it's weight, when you shoot it, it's like shooting a bb out of an airsoft gun.
