I have narrowed it down to just a couple.
My Criteria: Will be used mostly for Yote hunting and informal matches.
I will be shooting mostly handloads of 40-55gr. V-Max
I like that RRA has a Wylde Chamber
I like that Stage comes with the open sights and detachable carry handle.
Which of these do you all think is better for Accuracy and Reliability ?

they are the same in relation to the ammo and use stated.

I'd go with the RRA Flat top, & railed gas block, forget the carry handle and A2 type FSB. spend that money on a quality scope mount from LaRue.

Get a Bushmaster Predator for $500, or this one from classified section http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=346085

If you're only shooting 55gr or so you should find a .223 chambered barrel. The Wylde chamber really shines with the longer match-weight bullets. The 5.56 chamber is reallllly long and not the greatest for accuracy.

My two cents.....

I'm now in a position where I need to buy a couple uppers to go with the two newly completed JD Machine lowers I recently put together. I'm seriously considering a Rifle Gear and/or a Stag upper. Heard good things about both and the pricing won't break the bank either.

I picked up a Riflegear upper not too long ago and I'm glad I held out a little longer to get it. Took it out for a test run earlier today and I was more than pleased. Go Riflegear, you won't regret it.

Your on the right path if your looking at the RRA Predator because of hunting and matches. The Wylde chamber gives you what you are looking for in terms of better accuracy and you need to get the 20" barrel to get the most out of the .223 Remington.

Give us a call. For that light of a load you should consider 1/8 twist.

We have an upper that blows the RRA predator out of the water.

.27" 5-shot groups. I'll even give you a copy of the load. :D

In this one case, I will have to argue against BCM. Simply because all of their uppers come with 1 in 7 twist barrels the last time I checked. That it too tight of a twist for the light bullets that the OP stated he wanted to use. Something with a 1 in 9 twist would probably be his best bet. That is tight enough to shoot all but the heaviest .223" diameter bullets, but not tight enough to prevent the use of lighter varmint bullets.

Thanks for the input :)
I have desided to go with the RRA standard A4 with 20" Stainless Steel barrel
I really like the looks and it has everything I'm looking for except the detachable carry handle, but I can get that later, so for now I will be mounting a Bushnell Scope.

RRA A2 upper with a HBAR. sights are more accurate on an A2 non detachable carry handle. Stag makes great upper as well.
