I've seen this on the DOJ site as earlier as May 1.

No, it's been around since 2003 I believe. There are some "California-legal" 59/66s available from InterOrdnance and you might still be able to find some of the earlier M59s without the offending "grenade launcher" on it from Samco Global.

yes, yes I do.
it's not the subject of the thread title, why sneak this in? why not start a new thread with an appropriate title?

I don't know if it's a violation or not, but it does not seem right. I am sure a mod will do something if it is a violation.

What you've done SAS is completely destroy the thread of conversation by editing the first post to a totally different topic! At first I was confused and thought there must be some database corruption or something... Whether it's a violation or not, it's still just wrong...... you want to remove the initial question just delete it, no need to convert it to a different topic leading to a confusing and disjointed thread of conversation.

As well, your new topic appears to be out of the scope of "Guns rights legal discussion" and would be more appropriate to the off-topic forum. So yes, I'd say your in violation if I were a moderator...

SemiSam has gone back and completely changed or deleted his posts before in other threads as well. In one thread, when someone demonstrated that what Sam said was completely off point and just plain wrong, he went back and deleted it as though he never said it. This made the thread confusing. Another time, he went back and edited what he wrote multiple times, correcting it as people corrected him later in the thread making it seem as though the people who corrected him were off base for doing so. This is frustrating and detracts from forum communication.
Sam, I think that I (and others) take issue with some of your threads b/c it doesn't seem as though you think before you post. This particular thread might not be a great example b/c I suppose the SKS thing is a simple mistake. However, many other times I am left saying to myself..."is this guy kidding?"
Anyway, good luck to you sir.

Yeah, I don't understand this, so I'm gonna take it as disrespect!
