I used to speak at Lorman seminars (on lawyer marketing, not firearms). For the attendees to get MCLE (legal continuing education) credit, the State Bar requires that these sorts of seminars have written materials.

Each panel member usually puts together some notes, or a paper, or something along those lines.

I think what they are selling is the bound volume of those notes that was given out to the seminar attendees.

That's why the topics are all over the board.
