It depends how the AR is configured.

Read through the CA AW Flowchart: http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf

If you have a bullet button, sure.

They are allowed on RAWs as well.

It's a stag arms 2H, with 16" barrel, bullet button, all mags are 10 round locked.
PLEASE advise all these diagrams are confusing

Just so you understand.

The Bullet Button makes your rifle NOT have a detachable magazine, since you dont have a detachable magazine you can have everything on your rifle except magazines larger then 10rds. That is your only restriction for attachments.

You still must have a rifle with an overall length of 30" (shortest stock position)

You must still comply with Federal Firearms Laws.

Dont take anyone word/suggestion as legal advise. Even though they are correct. You want to own a AR15? you better know and understand the laws that comes with ownership.

i'm trying to know and understand the law, thats why i'm asking the question. my confusion is with the flow chart where it says no forward pistol grip. I'm trying to understand if that means a forward foregrip like the one i have on mine.

Yes that means your forward grip. But it doesn't matter because your rifle has a fixed magazine, so you can have any of the listed evil features.

My only comment is that if you were confused about the law, you should have asked for clarification BEFORE you built your rifle and posted pics of it on the Internet.
