I have not totaled it out but im sure your close. But i bought a few expensive items that are not nessacery (dd rail, stock, grip...) so it could be built a lot cheaper if need be. I have a group buy going for the receiver set if your interested PM me.

Really cool setup! Seems like more and more of these Citadel .308 AR barrels are popping up on new builds. Id sure like to know how they perform. They look real nice

Thats a seriously awesome AR-10!!! Nicely done! If you ever find yourself in sac, try seeing what it can do with some match ammo at the sac valley 1K range :)

that is a nice rifle. I just finished helping out a friend of mine building his .308. I introduced him to the kaiser defense lower. And he went with a Fulton-Armory upper with side charging handle. it was actually a great match. I don't really like the Fulton-Armory lowers though.

Yeah i have a citadel on one of my ar's and they work great. Citadel OEM's for krieger.

nice rifle i just started my build with a fulton titan side charger 20" cost alot 1445$ for just the upper

That is a great looking rifle. I know the style is common, but I had to post a pic of how similar it is to my 5.56 :D Great taste :thumbsup:

Thanks Joe, for all your help. Need to get those barrels in;)

If any of you guys are building one of the JD 308's (or any other firearm) go talk to Joe at Parallax tactical in San Diego. Great guy with a great store!!
