Glock doesnt make a LE only G21. In cali if its not on the list for whatever reason its LE only or PPT. Glock may contract out for larger orders some special featured guns, but the vast majority of them are the standard 10 and 13rnd variety.

They make 4 varieties of G21:

G21
G21sf
G21sf ambi, standard rail
G21sf ambi, Picatinny rail

I have read about a G21sf RTF special run as well. All would be legal for PPT here in cali, with only the G21 and G21sf legal for sale new to non LEO's. 10 round only of course.

As folks above posted, the LE version will likely have the picatinny rail. That is what makes it LE only. Only the standard rail is on the roster for non LE purchase. Also, the LE version can have hi-cap mags.

How many mags does a standard Glock come with? When you buy them from an LE dealer, they come with three.

LE only Glock 21 differs from a non-LE Glock 21, in that the ammo capacity and amount of magazines will be different.

LE only Glock will have a blue label.
non-LE Glock will have a white label.

In regards to label color...
Red label = two large capacity magazines
Red label (Gen4) = three large capacity magazines
White label = two 10 round or less magazines
Blue label (full size & compact size) = three large capacity magazines
Blue label (subcompact size) = two 10 round or less magazines.

In regards to the Glock 21SF...
There are four variants of the Glock 21SF.
1) Glock 21SF with picatinny rail & ambi-mag release (discontinued)
2) Glock 21SF with glock rail & ambi-mag release (discontinued)
3) Glock 21SF with gock rail & standard mag release
4) Glock 21SF RTF2 with glock rail & standard mag release (limited LE production run)
