They shoot about the same for me, so I buy whatever is available and cheapest.

for some reason, winchester feeds better on my springfield gi than federal does with factory mags. although both feeds flawless with wilson mags.

they go boom, and the brass is reloadable so it makes me happy.

Federal is more consistent than WWB in cartridge OAL. WWB jams my FNP45 at the magazine and Federal runs 100%.

No problems with either, and that's with both .45 and 9mm Federal and WWB. I usually just get Federal because it's quite a bit cheaper when you buy over 10 boxes at a time.

Maybe I'm just smoking crack, but I could've sworn the WWB shoots a little bit cleaner in my guns, where as I have more build up at the end of my barrel and slide with the Federal ammo after shooting a few hundred rounds of each. But nothing that is of any concern, as they both fire and feel the same.

I too think Federal is a little dirtier. Of the two, I prefer WWB, but if Federal is a lot cheaper, I buy it.

Couldn't tell any real difference. Both are OK.

I usually prefer WWB as it has been very consistent for me, but I have about 1K of the Federal I'm gonna shoot through and see how it compares

Federal is total junk, I have about 50% FTF and the ones that do feed about 60% don't fire.

I can dispose of them for you, PM me your address so I can send you a UPS Shipping label. I'll even comp your gas to the UPS store.

Good ammo. I use both 9mm and .45. All have been flawless on my Sigs, Glocks, Hk, and S&W. I like both WWB and Federal. Federal is a little cleaner than WWB but shoot about the same. Can't tell if there are any differences at all.

I like Federal and PMC Bronze better than WWB. WWB isn't as accurate in my pistols as a whole and is dirtier. Also the WWB seems to suffer more bullet setback from feeding than the other two.

I have never had a problem with WWB...

How about comparing it with any of the mentioned brand against Remington 230 gr FMJ that comes in a mega pack of 250?

Remington UMC mega packs are notorious for having setbacks (low seated bullets in the casings). I personally never ran into this issue with the 9mm mega packs, but I'm not going to chance it with any more from them as it's still an ongoing issue these days, even from over a year ago.

I have used them all in my 1911 (You "borrowed" it for a while:D) and find that the WWB is signifcantly "dirtier" than the others, I have no issues with any of them though, I'd shoot what you can get the cheapest. I have heard of the setback issue with the Remington but havent experienced it in any of the calibers I shoot. (9mm, 40 S&W, & .45)
