Since I could find such a thread after searching this forum I started a new one just for us I.E. folks. I was at the Riverside store yesterday and they were out of .45auto Remmington 230gr (15.97/box 50), but they still have 3 boxes of WWB 100 round packs of 230gr .45 auto for 32.97/box even after I was done buying! Lol They have at least 9 100rd boxes of Federal .223 left for 39.97.
However, I just went to the range today so if you don't hurry in I might go back for those WWB .45auto ammo tomorrow!

The Wal Mart by me also in the I.E. is pretty well stocked. Not sure about today though with the Holiday weekend and all.

Glendora has a lot of ammo but always short on 45. I've got my hands on a couple 250 boxes though.

Offthehook if it was that UMC stuff you better check it it's been known that the bullets are at different depths in the brass. Redhemi

I just bought 10 boxes of .45 Federal from the Glendora Walmart yesterday. They had at least 30 in stock as of Friday noon time.

Its gone now, I was just there and I didn't even get .223.
redhemi, I already shot the 250 I bought and they all seemed fine. My friend was shooting and had 1 fail to load but it could have been his magazine loading or limp wristing but they seem ok. I have had better luck with the WWB boxes of 100

Friends in the IE tell me about the Russian ammo they see these days at Walmart but I haven't seen it yet in LA or OC but I don't haunt Walmart for ammo as much.
The main Walmart ammo I'm searching for is the elusive 100rd pak of Rem-UMC 185gr .45acp jhp. I've seen and bought the 230gr jhp version but I can't seem to find the lighter ones. Someone swore to me it exists. Someone finds me some I'll buy them a McDouble at the MC Donalds in the Walmart!

Rancho Cucamonga Wally never seems to have any of the popular calibers, only .22 LR and odd rifle sizes.
Upland store had two 250 rds boxes of UMC 9mm @ $51.47 each after I bought my two. Several boxes of .40 Winchester 100 rd (white box)
Out of .45 ACP of any kind.

Ron-Solo your giving away our secret walmart lol
If you're closer to the west end of the IE, La Puente Walmart had lots of 9mm and .40 there yesterday, and Brea also had lots of 9mm and .40 there as well this morning. Both places had lots of Federal, WWB, Remington grn/wht boxes, and UMC mega packs.
Only the La Puente store had .45 in WWB. No federal or UMC mega packs at either store. La Puente also tons of .223 Federal boxes, maybe 30 boxes in the case. There were some at the Brea Walmart but I don't ever get any .223 so I wasn't paying too much attention (it's usually shelved next to the .45 Federal).

I was happy to see a ton of 9mm and .40 at my local Walmart today. And for the 1st time ever there was already a sales clerk at the sporting goods counter (a miracle in Walmart) so I didn't have to wait for someone. I usually see some .45 there to a lesser extent. Does anybody know if Walmart will keep selling ammo since the absurd recent ammo bill did not go through?

The Temecula Walmart was fully stocked yesterday with 9mm (Federal $9.49/50, UMC Mega Packs $51/250, and WWB $23/100) 40, and 45. They are even stocking Winchester PDX1 in 9mm, 38sp, 40, and 45. Lots of various .223 in the case too.
The Corona 1290 E Ontario Ave, CA Walmart was stocked yesterday with 9mm (Federal $9.49/50, UMC Mega Packs and WWB $23/100) 40. Bought the last 4 boxes of Federal 45. Lots of various .223 in the case too. Lets keep this thread going for the I.E.!

Correction: They HAD a lot of ammo on the shelf! Lol Actually, there are still several boxes of WWB .45 Auto 230gr 100rd left. My buddy and I were there a couple hours ago but we left at least 5 or 6 100 round boxes on the shelf.
