In the first memo in the last two paragraphs it states:

Firearm manufacturers, wholesalers and dealers who misinform the public about theability to legally add prohibited features to these newly listed firearmsrisk criminal prosecution. They could also face civil penalties of up to $2,500 per violation under the state=s UnfairPractices Act (California Business & Professions Code section 17000 et seq.).

This information will be distributed to criminal justice agencies throughout the state, aswell as to firearmdealers listed on the Departmentís Centralized List, via the formal InformationBulletin process.

Now wouldn't it fall under the same for them as a violation of the Unfair Practice Act to say it is legal one day and the next the whole thing was always illegal?

Next thing is, I am on central list and I haven't been notified of anything. So whats the deal with that?

A gun dealer (FFL) that I have done business with also never received anything via the Information Bulletin process.

Go figure.
