I got a newsletter from Gun Owners of California with ratings for state election candidates. A lot of F rated people, but Joe Baca, a Democrat, rated A!

Here's the links:

I hope this is of use to some of the people who read calguns.

I'll email those web addresses to all my pro-gun friends, and I encourage every here to do the same.

Baca recently helped smack down a fairly ominous grabber bill.

Baca is the same as his father (who is CA state congressman) both are pro-gun. Negrete is also a better choice than, she rated a b, but still she has also voted along most of the time with Baca.

I aways like to take those score sheets and compare the day after election results. It is a good indication of where this state is going.

There sure isn't alot of good choices either.

I voted today by absentee ballot. Here's how I voted for Alameda County.
Superior Court Judge - Sandra Bean
State Superintendent of Public Instruction - Grant Mc Micken
Couty Sup. of Schools - John Bernard
Treasurer/Tax Collector for Alameda County - Donald R. White

For the other offices where there's only one candidate, I didn't vote because the guy only needs one vote to win, and he certainly already has it.
