Las Vegas gun laws

I bought a gun out of state, and it came with standard capacity magazines that I obviously can't have. I have a friend in Las Vegas who wants the same gun, so I figured I'd have the seller send them to him. Seller is unsure if Las Vegas has a capacity ban. I recall the last Vegas gun show selling 30rd AR mags, etc. Anyone know for sure?

Yes, but Las Vegas had some laws grandfathered in such a handgun registration. Clark County is the only county in the state that registers handguns.

i typically do that. have the gun sent to me w/o mags and have the normal cap mags sent to a friend in another state.
