Ok so I'm going rabbit hunting Sunday morning and I need to zero my 10/22 Saturday night (only time I have) and it's at an indoor range. The range only goes to 50 feet or 16.7 yards. By knowing the trajectory of my mini mags, can I extrapolate a zero? I intend to shoot dead center at 50 ft and I if I hit .33" low that should mean I'm zeroed for 50 yards right? My math/physics is weak.

yes, if you know the trajectory, you can hold high/low at one distance to zero, and be pretty close at the desired distance.
