Why would a 1919 need a BB? Why aren't you offering featureless rifles as well? Why did it take you so long? What made you change your policy? I'm really curious to know the answer to these questions. I'm not trying to troll. I'm just trying to figure out how we can help other shops see the light.

the 1919 isnt a bb i know that. Everyone is carrying them and just descited to, its a good market, and very popural in ca right now. i finally got a ak for myself and its fun. Most of the shops are over priced on these types of weapons so i got mine down lower. about 90% of our custermers wanted them in our shop. So any suggestion of what you want to see in here ill get them in for you at the best price around. Thanks you guys

About time. Last time I was in there to pick up my XD9 in Nov it was obvious they were dead scared for EBRs. I will have to stop by sometime. I am looking to get a .22lr AR for cheaper shooting.

I'm just trying to figure out how we can help other shops see the light.

There's extra stress that comes along with dealing OLLs, especially complete rifles.

A LOT of shops that aren't involved in OLLs yet are not involved because they dislike being harassed and intimidated by the DOJ. This fades away when they gain the support of a good lawyer.

Then there's some that are just lazy.

Love this store, it's always a treat to stop by when I'm in town to visit family.

For folks in the Bay Area, their prices are unbeatable, and it's just a two-hour drive...and I've seen some awfully nice 1911's there...oh, and USFA Single Action Armys too....

I’ve only just got back into guns and I spent a lot of time at the local gun shops. In my opinion, Alquist Arms has the best selection of handguns and very friendly, knowledgeable, folks behind the counter. I took up a bunch of their time before I finally decided on a Sig Sauer P226 Stainless in .40S&W, which is now in limbo waiting out the ten days. Next up will probably be an AR.

I was shocked when Bobby told me they run 1-2% of all DROSes in California out of their shop in Turlock. This is definitely a nice shop, and if you're in the area, you ought to check 'em out!

Interesting. I had seen the Hi Points on your website, but when called was told they were not legal. I mentioned that a bullet button could be added since I had seen a modified one on DD's. How much are you selling them for?

Was in there yesterday and today (because I forgot my HSC) starting the paperwork on a couple .22's. (Ruger Target Tactical and a Ruger Mark III) Great guys in there. Small shop, with tons of stuff. Glad to see they are joining the black rifle movement. Their prices are usually better that then any place I've seen around here.

Good job Alquist!
