I have no beef with MBR, always been good to me... lots of people here do since they use to cry how illegal black rifles were until the day they started to sell them.

Pre-ban MBR used to have alot of EBRs in the store...it is really nice to see them back up on their rack!

Been a customer of MBR since the 70s. Great stuff to look at...

if MBR was giving away free guns and I guarantee won 10 of them i wouldn't go to that place. I simply refuse to shop there

Being a Santa Clarita resident, I like Oaktree for shopping.
Good for a couple hours pistol plinking and trap shooting, but no real large bore or rifle range.

Although I guess they have 1 now, it's only open 1 day to public.

Sorry, I have gone to MBR when I decided to buy a WASR22 and they were the only ones that had any left. So, I was forced to go there. I was not impressed with their prices or their refusal to admit that OLLs were legal. As far as Oak Tree goes, I have not bought anything there but, their attitude about BBs sucks. They (or at least a couple people there) feel that BBs are not an acceptable way to go. I prefer to go all the way to Fort Courage instead.

Did you have a good PPT experience at Rettings? IME, they seem not to really want to do them unless the shop is empty. One time years ago I met a seller there for a transaction (he was a known customer of theirs having spent some $$$$ there) and they turned us away.

I was just in there buying ammo and asked them about doing a ppt on a lower I have. The guy behind the counter was nice enough but was convinced my lower was an AW because it didn't have a bullet button attached, even though there isn't a pistol grip on it...

It's nice they're selling ebrs again but they're still a little off on what is or isn't illegal.
