For those of you who remember my No more guns for me (http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=31428&highlight=engaged) thread, it would appear as if I lied. Actually... I DEFINITELY LIED!
At 19:35hrs on this wonderful Easter Sunday, I had the pleasure of an FNH USA threesome as the following beauties were purchased for some knock-down, drag-out, no strings attached good lovin':
FNH USA Tactical Police Shotgun (18" Ported BBL, 8-shot Magazine, Removeable Chokes w/ C-More Sight)-
http://www.fnhusa.com/contents/guns_525px/fn_sg_tactical.gif
FNH USA PBR XP (24", Fluted, 308 Win., DBM)-
http://www.fnhusa.com/contents/guns_525px/fn_r_pbrxp.jpg
FNH USA FNP 9 (Black, 9mm DA/SA)-
http://www.fnhusa.com/contents/guns_525px/fn_hg_p9.gif
Today has felt like a second birthday, but considering that just over two decades ago I was born on Easter Sunday... that isn't too far from the truth.

Damn, so how does someone go from "no guns no mo" to three expensive ones in a flash?

Well, supposedly she had the best sex of her life last night... so perhaps that had something to do with buttering her up? So I just need to stop holding out and put forth the same effort every night and I'll have an arsenal in no time.

What's with the FN binge?

It wasn't intentional. The FNP was going to be a CZ-75B, but I am impatient and did not want to wait for the CZ since it would of had to been ordered. The FNP was in stock. I'll pick up the CZ via PPT once I get some more funds set aside.

well, good to see that I was correct in calling BS on the no guns.
damn, wish I had more than the poor college student budget for guns.....seeing that reminds me that there is a Tikka T3 in a shop with my name on it...

My favorite small gun store offered me a deal. They want to become stocking FN dealers and FN is running a deal for FFL's. If the dealership acquires 5 or 6 FN's (pistol/shotguns/rifles) at once, they will get a deal on a PS90. He offered to give me dealer cost prices If I buy the package. It might be worth it to get the PS90 for a couple of fun trips to a range before I move to CA and have to get rid of it. Is the pistol grip shotgun somehow kosher in CA?

How old are you Rambo? Sounds pretty young to me...

The FN TPS is legal in California. It is a pump action shotgun. The stocking dealers program is indeed why a lot of shops are able to cut good deals on FN's these days.
21 years young, jp.cherokee.
By the way, it was pointed out to me that this is a foursome, not a threesome. My sexual vernacular is rusty.
To keep the theme going... When I put my USP on the nightstand last night, it had the nerve to tell me that I was cheating on it by buying the FNP 9. Me and the USP have been together for exactly three years now (received it on my 18th birthday)... what can I say, I am just getting tired of it and we never can compromise as much as we used to. Sometimes it will be content with Fiocchi, some days it will settle for American Eagle or PMC, but then there are days where it wants absolutely nothing but Federal Premium and Remington. Talk about stuck-up. What do you guys think? I wonder what will it say when I bring home a CZ.

attaboy Jeff, that's what I'm talking about! :D
I've been doing the same thing, one more (I think) to acquire and I should be good, for now. ;)

Haha, similar story for me, except it's grad-school age guy with a wife and 3 kids each separated by 18 months!
Also, good for you Jeff with the moves scoring you some fun toys! A couple years ago I think it was the wife's 21st birthday, we made something happen 21 times in one day. At least I'm pretty sure we did. I lost count after like 17. I need to take a page from your book and channel this into productive trips to the gun store!

You can't have an FN party without a five-seven

It'll be there soon. Like anything or anyone cool, it is arriving fashionably late.

With the recent addition of an FNP 40, I guess you can now make that a five-way-soiree between the FNP 40, FNP 9, FN TPS, FN PBR, and ME... with my other toys in the audience. My USP is getting jealous, so I think I am going to have to go buy a few more HK's to balance things out. I still need to add the much lusted after CZ 75B to the collection soon! Especially since my fiancee has staked claim to the FNP 9.

Didn't your USP tell you when you got it?

Why not just start a new post, why bring back an ancient post.
And you still don't have a five-seven.
