I'm licensed and have 30 years experience. Since my employer is about to succumb to the recession, I'm interested in getting back into doing my own work again. Mostly, I'm working in the greater Sacramento Valley area, but would consider more far flung properties.

I'm licensed in CA, NV, OR, ID, UT, & WY.

Can do: Record of Surveys, Parcel Maps, Tract Maps, Lot Line Adjustments, topographic surveys, ALTAs, Corner Records, etc. Wondering where your lines and corners are? That's my job.

If you get a big job in So Cal and need a LSIT with a BS in Engineering and 12 years experience, let me know. I'm currently the Chief of Parties at my company and, I'm only getting 1-2 days of work per week.

Would you come down to the Bay Area?

Would you come down to the Bay Area?

Yes. I have worked on and off in the Bay Area for over 10 years now. PM me with the details: address of the subject parcel, owner's name, Assessor's Parcel Number (if you have it), reason for the survey, time frame, and a description of the terrain (brushy? developed? fences?).

Great site, just to bad you are so far away from my place. I have 2 properties at Badger Mountain, Douglas County, Wa.

Actually, I've been daydreaming about retiring in Washington. Just a couple of weeks ago I investigated what it would take to get licensed there. If you ever hear of a firm that's hiring, let me know. Then we could help you with that survey.

I do have a 12 and 60 acres for sale - this is a great place to retire.

Thank you very much for the leads. I just finished submitting my resume to both firms. Maybe this will be the tunnel light I've been looking for.

Thanks to Derek1001 I got off my duff and applied for a license in WA. Will sit for the exam in October. Time to hit the books. By the end of the year, should be able to survey in most Western states.

I may need your services. Do you also appraise properties?
