She get's shipped out in a day or two then I pick her up in ten. I've wanted this gun for a while and heard sig is no longer making them, I couldn't wait and found one online brand new for a steal! cant wait to take her out and tear it up!

Thought the same thing. Damn it I hate The Roster don't you.

He can get is several ways:
1) Brand new he can get one legally if he is an LEO or otherwise exempt.
2) He could get it brand new from a CA LEO who purchases it, registers it, and then sells it (even NIB, after 30 days in a PPT.
3) he can receive one PPT from a close family member(brother, sister, Father, mother) from out of state or in state (if legally registered in CA somehow already)

If he has any of the above I am jealous. If not, his FFL will be turning it back.

Unfourtently it would have to me mom/dad. Bro and Sis aren't allowed as they aren't up/down the family tree. No lateral transactions.

And while he COULD get a new one ppt he said it was shipping.... Which is a no no. Totally brutal :(

Very sweet gun and great find, I think if a 1911 Blackwater ever came my way I would have to buy it.

Nice gun. It comes with four 20 round mags right?

While the blackwater logo version is no longer made sig still has the same gun without the blackwater stuff.

I heard sig is making another version without the blackwater logo, but they estimate 6 months or more for delivery and I didn't want to wait that long. And I found it for 1000 delivered:) and yes it comes with 4 20 round mags.

Also one can be roster exempt if they have an FFL03 along with a COE(certificate of eligibility).

And here she is:) The smooothest shooting 9mm I have ever fired. Already put 160 rounds through her. A tackdriver and a great duty gun.

Nice rig. I was looking at an Elite the other day and I think I'd get one of those before the Blackwater. Either way, both are nice. Good luck.

No, that just exempts from 10 wait on C & R handguns and no 1 and 30 rule. Roster is un-effected.
