No wonder a grass roots org can't get anything going..
Ck out how these knuckleheads ruled on petitions..

I think you mean the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. (it is the court of appeals for federal district courts that fall within the ninth circuit).

Thanks for the heads up. My point is, how many petitions,
etc have been tossed because of the language issue ?
We all know how hard it is just to get any kind of sigs
going..Recalls, referendums are all affected. And this
Court covers a LOT of territory..It's just not right.

Hopefully the entire court will meet and reverse the
ruling.

they do not call it the "9th Circus" for nothing....
