The maker is Sandown Forge. Mike is an awesome guy to work with.

The first knife is a replica of a Browning skinner. I needed something which mathes the other knife shown.

The metal is CM154, as I recall, and the scales are Arizona ironwood.

I should have it in hand either Wednesday or Thursday.

Are they local? I mean Bay Area/Nor Cal?
I ask because back in the 90's when I was managing National Shooting Club in Santa Clara, a good customer of mine gifted me with a knife and sheaf that he had made and the work on the tang looks exactly like that.
Now I have to go find it and take a picture.

Beautiful knives are like a beautiful wife, they both deserve to be used, well at least once anyways.
