Makes no difference because new the pistol costs at least $1550 and someone is going to get it for a third off retail. Not to mention it is off list and cannot be sold new in this state anymore. The only DE allowed to be sold new is the 44 caliber and I heard next year there will be none sold in california. If I did not own three already I would have this one in a heartbeat. 357's shoot more like 22's when it comes to recoil thanks to the weight. City Arms in Pacifica just sold a used DE for hundreds more.

bump back to the top and please check but I think since this is off list it has to be a face to face transfer and cannot be shipped except out of state.

sorry about that downer on the FTF. However once they sign for it they should be able to have the FFL holding it ship it to their FFL down south. I don't think there is anything against that. Saves a trip north. I just can't believe that no one has jumped on this yet. I just bought my third DE and blew my spending money otherwise I would be all over it since I go to the bay area a couple of times a month on the average.

It would be tempting but I already have a 357 DE just not chrome plated. Kind of hard to hide it on a bright day (LOL). Price is still very good when you look at the catalog price for what it sells for in other states.

still a sweet deal for the money. with baby eagles being jacked up price wise this is even better since it is full sized and NIB. Take it to City Arms and you can probably get more on consigment than your asking and sell it quicker. The last black 44 DE used did not last two weeks at $1450 I think. I should be at City Arms in Pacifica this saturday around 11-12 if you are close enough to bring it by. I''ll either be in a red 2000 toyota corolla or on a dark prurple chopper with very loud pipes.
