What can an FFL dealer legally charge when using them to transfer a rifle or firearm into the state of CA? I'm getting mixed pricing from different dealers. Including DROS fees.

First of all, they better not be charging different amounts for DROS fees.
But for a non PPT, I think they can charge whatever they want. It seems to vary from 45-100 dollars or so.

Anything they want.

Just so folks dont get worked up, the FFL (in the case of handguns) can charge a few bucks more per the DOJ. Dont ask me to find the law.
I think its a storage fee or prcessing fee they can charge. Any FFL want to back this up?
