CDNN and Ratworx both have MSAR's back in stock, I just ordered one! They start at about $1000.

http://www.ratworxusa.com/

1. Call customer service; their websites aren't very useful.
2. CDNN is cheaper but won't ship directly to CA; you'll need a middleman FFL.
3. CDNN only has 16" barrels (OAL 26"). You'll need to make the overall length over 30" when you eventually assemble it to make it AWB-compliant.
4. CDNN has no E4's, which are the models that take STANAG (AR15) mags.
5. Ratworx has bullet-button models.

Does anyone have a middleman FFL dealer outside of CA, CT and MA that is willing to redirect a semi-auto rifle to CA in a CA legal (in pieces) format?
