Since these videos are here, I'd like to explain what the function of a "county" Fish and Game Commission is.
State law dictates that a portion of the fine money from fish and game code code violations goes to the county where the violation occurred.
The money is to be used for either the propagation of fish and wildlife, hunter/fisherman education/recreation, or the prosecution of fish and game and environmental violations.
Most of the 58 counties in Calif. have F&G commissions. A few do not, and simply use their DFG propagation funds for prosecuting fish & game and environmental crimes.
San Bernardino Co. is one of the counties with a Fish and Game commission. There are 7 commissioners representing the 5 supervisory districts in the county. Each commissioner is appointed by a supervisor. The 2 largest districts have 2 commissioners each.
The commission acts as a advisory board to the Board of Supervisors in matters concerning fish & wildlife, hunting, fishing, shooting sports, etc. They also act as a liaison between the DFG and the Board of Supervisors. Commissioners are volunteers, and not paid employees.
Back to the fine money. The commission reviews grants from organizations requesting funding for fish and wildlife projects, educational programs, etc.

In the last year some of the projects we have been able to help fund in San Bernardino County are:
Buying game camera's and solar satellite water monitors for The Society for the Conservation of Bighorn Sheep.
Water guzzler repairs done by Water for Wildlife.
Helicopter time for DFG bighorn sheep surveys.
Trout in the Classroom/Outdoorsman Club program at Sultana High School
The Tom Bennet Children's Art & Science Competition/Wildlife Art Festival Show.
The county shooting ordnance and map.

Note: These funds are going to assist other government wildlife agencies, education groups, or non-profit volunteer sportsman's organizations.
